This award highlights organisations investing in people. Those who are creating opportunities, developing skills, building careers, and focusing on closing the skills gap within housing. Judges will look for structured programmes that deliver measurable results, open progression pathways, and strengthen the sector’s future workforce.

Judges will be looking for: Well-structured training or apprenticeship programmes, measurable progression outcomes, positive feedback from participants, and evidence of how the initiative has benefited both individuals and the organisation.
