By entering or attending the People in Housing Awards Midlands 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Eligibility
    Entries are open to individuals, teams and organisations working within or alongside the Midlands housing sector. Entries must relate to work carried out within the last 24 months.

  2. Entry Process
    All nominations must be submitted online via the official entry form. Entries must be received by Friday 16 January 2026. Supporting materials (images, testimonials, or data) are optional but encouraged.

  3. Judging
    Entries will be reviewed by an independent judging panel. Judges’ decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding outcomes.

  4. Attendance
    Tickets are issued on a request basis. Attendance is by confirmation only and subject to availability.

  5. Promotion
    By entering, you agree that Niyaa People may use submitted materials, quotes, or images for promotional purposes, unless stated otherwise in writing.

  6. Conduct
    We aim to create a welcoming and respectful event for all attendees. Niyaa People reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who behaves inappropriately.

  7. Liability
    Niyaa People accepts no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or property damage at the event venue.

  8. Amendments
    Event details are subject to change. Any major updates will be communicated directly to registered guests and entrants.

  9. Shortlisting & Logo Use
    If an entry is shortlisted, Niyaa People may use the entrant’s organisation name and logo for the purposes of promoting the shortlist, finalists, and winners across People in Housing Awards materials. This may include use on the event website, social media, press releases, event presentations, and related promotional content. Logos will only be used in connection with the awards and will not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Where a nomination is submitted by a third party on behalf of another organisation, the submitting party is responsible for ensuring they have permission to use and share that organisation’s name and logo for the purposes outlined above.
