Yes. Each section of the entry form has a maximum word count. Please keep within these word limits as entries that go over may not be accepted.

Absolutely, yes! You can enter as many categories as you like, but each entry must be completed and submitted separately via our online forms. The criteria will be different for each category, so make sure you tailor your responses to reflect what the judges are looking for in each one.

No. Entry is completely free.

Entries close at 11:59pm on Friday 16th January 2026.

Finalists will be revealed in February 2026.

An independent judging panel will assess each entry against clear criteria, focusing on impact, innovation, and results.

Provide a clear story of your work, measurable outcomes, and any supporting evidence such as photos, testimonials, or data.

Yes. Tickets are available by request through our form.

The Library of Birmingham.

The shortlist will be announced mid-February 2026 and published on our website and social channels. All shortlisted entrants will be contacted directly by email.

All entries are reviewed by our judging panel made up of senior housing professionals and sector experts. Each judge scores entries against the published criteria and meets with the panel (virtually & in person) to agree the shortlist and select the winners.


Judging is completely confidential and based solely on the information provided in your entry.

Our judges are carefully chosen for their social housing sector knowledge, experience, and integrity.


They include:

  • Leaders and professionals from housing associations, councils, and contractors
  • Industry experts with a background in housing
  • All judges volunteer their time and follow strict confidentiality and conflict-of-interest guidelines
