This award recognises contractors who consistently deliver quality, value and reliability for housing providers and their residents. From responsive repairs to large-scale maintenance and improvement works, nominees will demonstrate collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to great service. You can nominate yourself or put forward a contractor you work with.
Judges will be looking for: Evidence of strong collaboration with clients and housing partners, consistent reliability and quality in service delivery, and examples of innovation that add value. They’ll also want to see how tenant safety, safeguarding and wellbeing are prioritised in daily operations, how vulnerable residents are identified and supported during works, and positive feedback from housing partners, residents, and stakeholders.
