AI Innovation in  Housing.

Recognising outstanding use of AI to improve housing services and resident outcomes.

This award recognises Midlands housing organisations putting AI to work, from predicting repairs before they’re reported to smarter allocations and chatbots that get residents answers faster. It’s for those using the technology with purpose, who can show it’s made a real difference to residents and the teams supporting them.

Judges will be looking for: Practical applications that deliver measurable results, keep people at the centre, and offer lessons the rest of the sector can pick up.

Who can enter: Housing associations, local authorities, contractors and sector bodies using AI within housing services. Technology suppliers can be named as a partner in a housing provider’s entry.
