From the people rolling their sleeves up every day, to those driving change across the sector, these awards recognise the dedication, resilience and hard work that keeps communities moving.
The Midlands was built on grit, steel and determination. That same mindset still runs through social housing today, in the people improving homes, supporting tenants, solving problems and finding ways to make things better.
The People in Housing Awards is a not-for-profit awards evening for the social housing sector, created to give the Midlands a housing event that feels genuinely connected to the people in it.
A night where people can come together, celebrate each other properly and enjoy being in a room full of people who understand the realities of the sector.
