It's for those delivering on time and on budget, and who can show the work has changed the places people live for the better. Judges will look for well-managed programmes with clear outcomes, strong value for money, and residents kept informed and involved from start to finish.
Judges will be looking for: A capital works programme with clear, demonstrable outcomes for homes and residents, strong project management from planning through to delivery, evidence of value for money and efficient use of resources, and genuine resident engagement and communication throughout.
Who can enter: Housing associations, local authorities, contractors and delivery partners involved in capital works programmes.
