A capital works programme with clear, demonstrable outcomes for homes and residents.
Strong project management from planning through to delivery.
Evidence of value for money and efficient use of resources.
Genuine resident engagement and communication throughout the programme.

Who can enter: Housing associations, local authorities, contractors, and delivery partners involved in capital works programmes.

Describe the capital works programme, including its objectives, scale, scope and the need it was designed to address.

Explain how the programme has been delivered, including how you have managed quality, timescales, budgets, contractors and any operational challenges.

Describe how residents have been informed, involved and supported throughout the programme, particularly where works have caused disruption.

Provide measurable evidence of what the programme has achieved. This could include improvements to homes, estates, asset performance, resident satisfaction, programme efficiency or value for money.

Explain any significant challenges faced during delivery, how your team responded and what has been learned or improved as a result.
