This award celebrates initiatives that use data, insight, and genuine care to support residents before problems escalate, building trust and confidence along the way.

What we're looking for:

  • A proactive initiative that identifies and addresses resident needs early.
  • Use of data or insight to shape and target support effectively.
  • Measurable improvements to resident wellbeing, health, or confidence.
  • A genuinely resident-centred approach, not just a box-ticking exercise.

Who can enter: Housing associations, local authorities, support teams, and sector partners delivering or supporting resident care initiatives.

Describe the resident care or support initiative, why it was introduced and the needs or challenges it was designed to address.

Explain how residents who may need additional support are identified and how that support is tailored to individual circumstances.

Describe how teams, data, services or external partners work together to provide joined-up and effective support.

Provide measurable evidence of the difference the initiative has made. This could include improvements in health, wellbeing, confidence, tenancy sustainment, financial stability, living conditions or access to support.
