This award celebrates women whose leadership has made a real difference in social housing. From inspiring teams to driving inclusion and better outcomes for tenants, nominees will have shown real impact across their organisation or the wider Midlands housing sector.

Judges will be looking for: Examples of impactful leadership, evidence of mentoring or empowering others, and tangible contributions to diversity, inclusion, or organisational success.
