Fallon Hill

Associate Director of Sustainability at Amplius

Connect on Linkedin

Fallon has more than 25 years' experience across the private and social housing sectors, with a focus on sustainability, asset management and creating high-quality homes. She's led complex asset management and sustainability programmes throughout her career, with expertise spanning portfolio optimisation, decarbonisation, energy efficiency, retrofit and long-term asset investment. Hard-to-treat homes and challenging stock are where she's done some of her most effective work.

She's helped develop and deliver major decarbonisation and retrofit programmes, securing investment, building partnerships and making sure residents stay at the centre of delivery. For Fallon, sustainability only counts if residents feel it: warmer, healthier homes, lower energy demand and greater resilience to future climate challenges.

That blend of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery makes her well placed to judge. She knows what a strong programme looks like on paper and what it takes to make it work in real homes, so she'll be looking past the ambition of an entry to the results it's achieved for residents.
