Janette Beckett

Janette is Group Chief Executive of St Anne’s & Spring Housing Association, with over 25 years’ experience across housing, health and social care 

Throughout her career, she has worked across a wide range of services and disciplines, including homelessness, mental health, domestic abuse, older and younger people’s services, marketing, performance, contracts and new business. She has held executive and senior leadership roles for more than 17 years, at Trident Housing, Black Country Housing Association and, most recently, Spring Housing Association.

Janette is also an experienced board member and is currently a Board Member and Chair of the Operations Committee at Nehemiah Housing.

She is passionate about raising standards,  improving residents’ experiences and committed to sharing good practice and driving positive change. 

She is delighted to be judging the People in Housing Awards and sees the awards as an opportunity to celebrate the people and organisations making a real difference, while recognising the innovation and good practice that can help develop the sector further.
