Jason Holder

Jason Holder is a Regional Director at Housing Plus Group, one of the West Midlands' leading providers of housing, care and support, with more than 33,000 homes across Shropshire, Staffordshire and Telford & Wrekin.

He started out as an Architectural Technologist and worked his way up to senior leadership. Along the way he's overseen major capital investment and maintenance across large, complex stock, alongside strategic planning, compliance, development and housing services. He's also served on a housing association board and is an active member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Jason has seen housing from almost every angle, from the drawing board to the boardroom. He knows what it takes to deliver a programme on the ground, and he's spent his career building teams and developing talent. So he'll look past a polished entry to the real work behind it, and the people who made it happen.
