Mark Turner

Chief Commercial Officer at The Housing Network

Connect on Linkedin

Mark Turner joined The Housing Network in 2023 as Chief Operating Officer, bringing a strong track record of leading and turning around organisations, most recently at One YMCA. In 2026 he became THN's Chief Commercial Officer.

Before THN, Mark worked with a Registered Provider in the Midlands and spent much of his career in homelessness services. That combination is what makes him a sharp judge. He's seen housing from the provider side, where decisions about stock, services and budgets get made, and from the frontline, where those decisions land on people with nowhere else to turn. He knows the difference between work that reads well in a submission and work that changes things for residents, and he'll be looking for entries that can prove the second.
