Rishi Spolia

Rishi Spolia is Executive Director of Housing and Communities at Tamworth Borough Council, where he leads Regulatory Services, Community Safety and Partnerships, Housing Operations, and Public Realm Services. With extensive experience across the sector and a passion for creating safe, connected places, Rishi sees first-hand how housing, safety and community work fit together. That broad view makes him well placed to judge entries on the difference they make to residents' lives, not only the services delivered on paper.

"I'm really looking forward to judging the awards this year. It's always inspiring to hear the stories behind the nominations and to see the difference people are making in their communities. Choosing the winners won't be easy, but I'm excited to get involved and help celebrate some fantastic achievements."
