This award recognises organisations, teams or initiatives leading the charge towards a more sustainable housing sector. From carbon-cutting projects to greener homes and community engagement, nominees will demonstrate real progress and innovation in reducing environmental impact.

Judges will be looking for: measurable carbon reduction or sustainability outcomes, innovation in design or delivery, engagement of staff and tenants in environmental initiatives, and evidence of long-term impact or scalability.
