We’re so excited that you’ve taken the time to recognise and celebrate the incredible people, teams and projects making a difference across the housing sector. 

So, what happens next?

All entries will now be reviewed by our judging panel. The shortlist will be announced at the start of March 2026, and all entrants will be contacted directly by email at that time.

The People in Housing Awards ceremony will take place on Thursday the 19th of March at Birmingham Library.
